About this object
New Role for Maraenui Building. Don Welsh...a brush, a pot of paint and a vision for Maraenui. The doors of the former Maraenui Post Bank branch have reopened amid visions of a new era of the Napier suburb. Under the auspices of the Good Samaritan Trust Mr Welsh is operating a community base. He says it does not conflict with the Maraenui Community Centre next door, the base of the Maraenui Community Trust. Mr Welsh former Hawke's Bay Milk Producers Board director, he has offered voluntary support for the Probation Service.
