Going Up. Construction of the grandstand portion of the Chapman Pavilion at Napier's McLean Park is expected to be completed in early June. Project manager Ashley Hartley of Mackersey Construction discusses project. Napier City Council is expected to let a tender shortly for closing in the ground floor and first floor. Hoping to be completed in time for Hawke's Bay's match against the touring Lions on June 22.
