Major Step. Yesterday saw a major step in the construction of Taradale RSA's $12,000 memorial outside its Gloucester Street headquarters. Richard Tong fixes one of the plaques on to the monument. Monuments made in Onekawa by Ventura Industries, plaques represent the Army, Navy and Air Force.
