About this object
Harvesting Begins. There aren't too many of them, but they taste all right and, according to Esk Valley acting winemaker Gordon Russell, will make good wine. Grape yields are well down on past years, chardonnays perhaps the lowest ever at Esk Valley Estate, but the quality is good and sugar levels are not as bad as expected. Man with grapevines.
