About this object
Bursting With Joy. Singing in a different country has given a new lease of life to these 10 Filipino orphans who are overjoyed at the chance to see New Zealand. The group of 10 to 13 year-olds are in a choir at Hebron Orphanage, north of Manila, and are visiting Napier for two nights as part of a North Island tour. Their orphanage is funded by the Children's Bible Crusade and organisation based from Auckland. While in Hawke's Bay the children have visited an orchard and will sing at the Napier Baptist Church.
