Winning Harmony. The sweet music delivered by the 35 Hawke's Bay women who make up Twin City Sounds turned into prize-winning harmonies when the group was awarded the Post Bank Special Achievement Award at the Daily Telegraph Napier Performing Arts Festival held over Easter.
