Brief Description
Map of the subdivision of portion of the Oringi Estate. The map was prepared in association with a public auction held by Messrs Williams and Kettle Limited, at the Palace Theatre, Dannevirke on Thursday 26 February 1920 at 1.15 pm. The property for auction belonged to the estate of the late Henry Gaisford. The site consisted of 925 acres, 1 rood, 5 perches. The property was situated alongside the Maharahara Railway Station and School, one and a half miles from Oringi Railway Station and seven and a half miles from Dannevirke.
