About this object
All Set. Heavy machinery puts the finishing touches to earthworks at the Milton Mews subdivision on the site of the former Amner Lime Works, in Napier's Milton Road. Subdivision being developed by Reg and Gordon McKinnie. Site quarried for lime in late 1800s, Amner Lime Works and used as petroleum storage area from 1939 to around 1983. Earthworks of subdivision from high perspective.
