Youngsters May Have Started Blaze. Firefighters dampen down the gutted remains of the Carlyle Street house used by Jim Gleeson to store car parts. Napier car-parts dealer Jim Gleeson said today he lost up to $25,000 in uninsured parts after an arson attack on a house next to his new Carlyle Street premises early yesterday morning.
