Map of Napier Properties. The map shows Shakespeare Terrace and Roslyn Road. There is a large house shown on the plan. This is only part of the original plan, which has been cut. In pencil is written: Vautier's sections realized 4800 pounds.

It describes it as: five acres of land in one block nearly all level, ornamental and fruit and vegetable garden and three paddocks.
