By Mr J A Miller in conjunction with Messrs G A Preece & Co at the rooms, Station Street, Hastings. 377 Acres subdivided into 9 farms ranging from 32 to 54 acres. Farndon Railway Station is 5 miles, Hastings, 8 miles, 2 miles from the sea and 10 and a half miles from Napier. Has a locality plan. Half of the property is bounded by Tuki Tuki River. Two identical plans.
