Two identical maps. States: To be offered by public auction on Wednesday 25 October 1911 at the King's Theatre, Hastings at 2 p.m. The property has been subdivided into 3 dairy farms. Lot number 1 is the homestead block upon which is erected 11-roomed house, laundry and workshop, new 5-stalled stable with 2 loose boxes and loft, granary and men's cottage, implement shed (60foot long), new and up-to-date cowshed with concrete floor etc, buggy shed, incubator room, blacksmith's shop, fowl run, piggeries, small woolshed and sheep yards, forming a complete and model farm.
