Soothing Touch. The relaxing and therapeutic techniques of infant massage are being taught around New Zealand by former Napier woman Peggy Dawson. Her hands are pictured soothing 11-month-old Chole Peterson of Napier using the technique. Trainer with the International Association of Infant Massage. Peggy works with AIDs patients, drug-exposed babies and people with other life threatening illnesses.
