Brief Description
Christmas Card from Percy Manson to his mother and dated December 1917. Written while Manson was on active service in World War One. The card reads: Greetings from the ANZAC Mounted Division and shows a military crest for Australian Commonwealth and New Zealand Forces.
Inside lists Egypt 1914, Gallipoli 1915, Sinai 1916, Palestine 1917 and A Dinkum Christmas 1917. Fray Bentos corned beef and Huntley and Palmers biscuits are depicted with soldiers and a Christmas pudding.
