Described as some of the richest land on the Hawke's Bay Plains and could be used for fattening, dairying or fruit growing. On lot 1 is a homestead of 12 rooms built of kauri. On lot 3 is the woolshed. Follows alongside the Havelock North to Napier road. Road cuts through the property to Clive Grange. The property of C P Haldane. To be sold by public auction at the King's Theatre on Monday 16th October, 1916 at 2.30 pm. The property is free from flood, mostly tile drained and well watered by artesian wells. Suitable for fattening, dairying or fruit growing.
