Added Impact - Interesting and unusual artworks play a major part in the atmosphere at Cafe Bizarro, in Napier. Owner Roger Barnes is pictured with Window Box Garden by Liz Maw, of Napier, part of an Art Deco exhibition which was launched during the Art Deco weekend, in February, and runs through March. The two smaller paintings to the right are by Phyllis Simmonds.
