Stamp Launch Adds Bonus. Napier's Art Deco weekend received a bonus last night, when a series of 1930s stamps were launched at the old AMP building on Shakespeare Road. Carl Pedersen, manager of New Zealand Post's mail centre in Napier, is pictured with the first day cover and a procession of vintage Ford cars.
