Carving a niche - Pinus Radiata is the feature of a symposium which has attracted 20 nationally-renowned sculptors to Hawke's Bay Polytechnic this week. Renowned Palmerston North carver, John Bevan Ford, sets to work at the Hawke's Bay Polytechnic pine symposium, while Taradale potter, Gaeleen Morley, collects the wood shavings.
