Letter to George Whitmore from Donald McLean of Napier, dated 19 October 1866. Writes of sending supplies to Whitmore at Omarunui, the misplacing of a previous letter, states that all prisoners captured at Omarunui should be sent to the Chatham Islands and states other general news of personalities such as Sir George Grey.
