Brief Description
A letter book to which have been added many letters written by Hedley George Harvey while he was at war to his family in Taradale dated 1917 to 1919.

H G Harvey talks about camp life, military training, exercises, marching, drilling, food, weather, and leave activities among many other things.

In the front is also a telegram to H G Harvey from another family member about his safe arrival in Sydney in 1917. At the end there is also one letter to Harry from his brother Ernest dated 1917.
