Finishing touches were today put on the korowais and panikotis to be displayed in Japan by the Napier delegation to Tomakomai. Pictured with Napier Mayoress Elizabeth Dick is Sewtech trainee Barbara Hiha, completing one of the 12 cloaks made for the delegates.
