About this object
Little Josh O'Neill, 21 months, of Napier, got to meet Plunket's Christine Tutbury and Sergeant Bruce Dean at a seat restraint checkpoint this morning. Josh had been climbing out of the seat and plunket advised his mother to get a smaller model, with shoulder restraints. Christine and Bruce are pictured with Josh seated in his car seat.
