Brief Description
This sketchbook and commonplace book belongs to the Webb family.

The first page has Flora 1885 written on it with a garland of flowers. Included is a pencil sketch by A G G 1845, various unsigned pencil sketches, a small pencil sketch of a bridge drawn on a lacy card, coloured handpainted card surrounded by lace, an ink sketch of Launce's Dog and printed coloured pictures scattered throughout. There are also handwritten pieces of poetry and biblical quotes dated between April 1849 and September 1864.

Interspersed throughout the sketchbook are loose drawings such as a painted vase with dried flowers and etchings.
