Plan showing the ground and first floor noting concreted areas, brickwork, stonework areas and timber areas. On the ground floor are noted spaces for the Labour General office, inspector of factories, Marine Department, Labour Bureau, Pensions Department, medical officer and Education Department. On the first floor are areas for clerical accounts, records and typists, field staff, the draughting room and building overseers.
