To be sold by public auction at Everybody's Theatre, Hastings on Saturday 29 March, 1919. Hoadley, Son & Stewart Ltd, Auctioneers. Under instructions from the Executors of the late Hon J D Ormond. The Karamu Estate is adjacent to Raupare Settlement, Mahora Settlement, Hugh Campbell property; and Stoneycroft. The names of the buyers are written in black ink on some of the properties.
