Kowhai is situated in the Waimata Valley, about 20 miles from the Port of Gisborne, and consists of some of the finest and healthiest hill country to be found in the Poverty Bay District.
The property is bounded by the following owners: Kiori Sheep-farming Coy; C Gray, A Thomas; E Newman; J Tombleson; Chas Seymour; E Williams; E Murphy. Glued to the top left hand corner is a newspaper cutting titled Successful land sale.
