To be sold by public auction at the Cosy de Luxe Theatre, Hastings, 20 June 1929. Hoadley, Son & Stewart Ltd, auctioneers.

Written on the plan is: Karamu is situated two miles from Hastings Railway Station, 1 mile from Stortford Lodge Saleyards and 3 miles from Tomoana Freezing Works. It consists of heavy flat land eminently adapted for dairying, mixed farming or fruit culture. The sub-divisions are either wholly or partly ring fenced and are well watered by artesian wells and springs, while an abundant supply of artesian water may be obtained by boring in any part of the property.

The subdivision is bounded by property belonging to W G Stead, McLeod; Harrison, A Tomlinson, A E Hill, A Sinclair, J Bridgman, Ormond Trustees, J Bridgman and the Ōmāhu-Hastings Road.
