2. Carbon copy imprints of handwritten telegrams sent from Napier Harbour Board Office, 19 January 1891 to 19 May 1892. Alphabetical Index included. Contains 498 Telegram pages. 3. Correspondence mainly by W. J. Willcocks, Manager of the New Zealand Shipping Company at the Spit from 1890. Includes a smaller number of telegrams by Mr J. E. Cato and Dr Thomas Hitchings, and one letter.
