Brief Description
Hobson's Pharmacy prescription ledger belonged to Arthur Hobson's Pharmacy which was relocated to Tin Town, Clive Square after the 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake.
The dates in the ledger that the prescriptions were issued range between 1 April 1931 and 21 February 1932. In the front is an alphabetical index of those people who had medical prescriptions made for them by Hobson's Pharmacy. Each entry lists the person's name, the number of the prescription, price and ingredients used.
