Brief Description
A commemoration ribbon for the South African (Boer) War.
Sewn onto brown felt is a white ribbon that, across the top, reads: Good Luck to the Fighting Fifth.
Across the bottom it reads: E Rima, patu tangata; E Rima ka tangata. Ko kiri kai, mati, hi ha.
There is a large image of two soldiers in uniform in a hilly landscape with a New Zealand flag in the centre of the ribbon.
