Brief Description
The book titled: New Zealand, being a portion of the work entitled Australia and New Zealand. The book was written by Anthony Trollope.

Anthony Trollope visited New Zealand in the latter half of 1872 and travelled from Otago to Auckland and the Lake Taupo area. In the book he records information about Māori, the general and political history of New Zealand, especially of Canterbury, and gives an account of John Robert Godley, with whom he had been a schoolfellow at Harrow.
