Handwritten note on the first few blank pages by Annette Liverpool (wife of Arthur William de Brito Savile Foljambe, 2nd Earl of Liverpool, the 16th and last Governor of New Zealand (19 December 1912 - 27 June 1917) and the first Governor-General of New Zealand (28 June 1917 - 7 July 1920) to explain the book's purpose, intent and use. Signature is dated May 1915.
Contains advertisements from all over New Zealand - especially of women's clothing.
