Brief Description
Handwritten and typed book, 'Tea & Biscuits' and 1956 travel diary by Leo Bestall.
Two duplicate books containing the duplicate pages as the originals have been torn out.
a)Tea & Biscuits is in a hard covered Manifold Pen Carbon Book. It is handwritten with some typed extracts from letters and diaries glued onto some of the pages.
b)The travel diary is in an Olympic soft covered manifold book and has words: Return to L D Bestall handwritten on the cover. It is not titled. There are 16 pages loose at the back of the diary which complete the documentation of the trip and have been torn from another notebook.
