Negatives Album belonging to Leo Bestall.

Black album containing negatives. Nass Photo Miniature-Negative-Album printed on the cover in gold. Inside the cover is an adhered piece of paper with a handwritten message: Christmas Greetings & Best Wishes from (an unknown source). The first pages are lined and columned pages for the documentation of the negatives. The first 11 pages relate to Bestall's time in an around Cairo during World War II and date from 1943. The back two pages of the documentation pages relates to photographs of native plants, Cape Kidnappers, and museum objects. No date. This is follow by pages which have three pockets for negatives on each page. Thirty-four of these pages have been used to house negatives. There is one negative loose at the back of the album.
