About this object
Watercolour on paper depciting the plant Calceolaria sinclairii also known as Jovellana sinclairii and New Zealand calceolaria.

The plant has two branches. The branch to the right has a number of dark green leaves with rippled edges. The branch to the left has a slender stem and at the top are a number of small white and purple flowers and buds.
