Watercolour on paper depicting the plant Tetranthera calicaris also known as Litsea calicaris, mangeao and tangeao.
The plant has grey-brown branches and long oval-shaped leaves in various shades of green with prominent veins. There are several clusters of small white and yellow flowers. There are four sketches of flower buds in the bottom right corner and three painted yellow flower buds in the bottom left corner.
