About this object
Watercolour on paper depicting two plants.

Olearia solandri (to the left) is also known as coastal shrub daisy, coastal tree daisy and scented coastal tree daisy. The plant has dark green spear-shaped leaves and several small white daisy flowers with yellow heads.

Weinmannia silvicola (to the right) is also known as tōwai or tawhero. The plant has large ripple-edged dark green leaves with lighter green undersides. There are several small white blooming flowers.
