Watercolour on paper depicting the plant Libertia grandiflora also known as New Zealand Iris, tukauki, mikoikoi and manga-a-huripapa.
The plant has tuft of leaves with a grass or flax-like formation in colours of green, yellow and orange. There are stems with white flowers with three petals at the tips.
