Watercolour on paper depicting the plant Pimelea prostrata also known as New Zealand daphne, pinatoro, riceflower, strathmore weed or autetaranga.

The plant has small leaves of blue-green and clusters of small white flowers. In the bottom left corner there are two sketches of the flower buds.
