Handwritten on printed pages. Each entry for the day includes a note about the weather and a note about the activities for the day. Written by T C Kiernan. Notes included with the diary state that in March 1878 a half share in Tutira Station was bought by C H Stuart for T J Stuart. Later that year the other half share was taken over when T C Kiernan came into the partnership.
