Watercolour on paper depicting the plant Loranthus colensoi also known as scarlet mistletoe, korukoru, pirita and roeroe.

The plant has brown branches with multiple leaves varying in shades of green. The leaves have prominent veins. There are a number of scarlet red flowers. In the bottom left corner is a detailed painting of a flower bud.
