Brief Description
Land conveyance deed between Henry Downing Stark of Napier to Thomas Taylor, Baker.
Dated 1 September 1860.
The land was town section 500 which bordered onto Waghorne Street. It was signed by Henry Downing Stark in the presence of William Ward Yates, Storekeeper, Napier and Brooke Taylor, Solicitor, Napier.
There is a small hand coloured map showing where the land was located.
The document was signed by H B Sealy, Registrar of Deeds.
