a) Certificate of Discharge for Private George Bloxsome Minett dated 6 August 1919. Certificate gives personal details of Private Minett's appearance, age and period of service during World War I.
b) Envelope for a registered letter containing the certificate which is addressed to Mr G B Minett of 100 Vigor Brown Street, Napier. It has a registered letter stamp and a 1d green stamp of King George V. Stamped 9 April 1920.
