The public auction is at the Town Hall, Waipukurau, on December the 15, 1911. De Pelichet, McLeod & Co Ltd are to be the auctioneers.
There are to be 48 lots ranging from 1 acre to 19 acres in size, which are situated around the Main South Road, New Road and Hatuma Road and within one mile of the Waipukurau Railway Station, adjoining the celebrated Stock Association Saleyards. The Hatuma settlement adjoins land lots 23 - 38. Other sections are bounded by W A Chambers property, B Shadbolt property, H Mellor property and R J Limbrick.
