Braeburn Estate to be sold by Public Auction, at 2 o'clock on Friday, the 15 of December, 1911, at the Town Hall, Waipukurau, by de Pelichet, McLeod & Co. Ltd , Auctioneers.
There are two sides to the plan:
The first side shows a map of the Mangaorapa number 1 and another map shows the Tahu Block, Mrs White's property, Sand Hills Block, Oat's Block, Homestead Block, Race Course Block, Hill Block, Halls Block, Georges Block, Hirtzells Block, Porongahau Township, Mrs Dora's House, Bull Block, the Parsonage, F White's residence and stables, Miss Lambert, E White's residence, J Healey's property, P. Brough. Bounded by George Hunter's estate.
The other side has a plan of Porangahau Town Sections. It shows Collingwood St, Blake St, Dundas St, Keppel St, Franklin St, Moore St, Abercrombie St, Graham St, Picton St, Anglican Church, Public School, Public Hall, Post Office, Police Station, Hotel, the smithy, the store, the Porongahau Bridge and River.
