Building Sections on Mitchell's Subdivision. Comprising 16 excellent building sites approximately a quarter acre each. Situated five minutes walk from Post Office, adjacent Bowling Green, and Tennis Courts, new streets and footpaths, water, electric light and drainage, splendid soil, sections high and dry. Also at the same time and place Mr Mitchell's five-roomed house together with approximately 10 acres of rich river land and the lease of approximately 100 acres adjoining.
