Brief Description
Plan, Subdivision of Tavistock Paddocks, Waipukurau.
Mr E. E. Smith has been instructed to offer for sale by public auction at the Town Hall, Waipukurau, at 2.30pm on Friday 22 of March 1914 the unsold sections consisting of 46 residental lots.
The sections are near the Hotel, tennis grounds and bowling green, and offer the only remaining residental site combined with the best soil for gardens or grazing in the district. Several dwellings are already errected on portions of the subdivision.
The roads are formed and metalled. Facilities for high pressure water supply and gas are available. The Bowling club is noted on Francis Drake Street.
Shows Francis Drake St, Mangatarata Rd, and the Napier Rd. Sections already sold to J Butler, C Saunders, J Barnes, E Barnes, N Gair, E J Tunin, M Lawry, and R A Cowper.
