Brief Description
A postcard showing a hand coloured illustration titled, Hunting the Moa, New Zealand. It is addressed to Mr Wilfred Harding, C/- Mr W A Harding, Greenmeadows, Hawke's Bay. Written on the reverse is: My dear Wilfred, You must be enjoying yourself very much now that the Spring has come. I hope you like your school. Would you prefer Akaroa? Your father will tell you about the moa on the other side of this card. Kind regards to mother, father, and best wishes for yourself. A F Barrell.
There is a red one penny stamp glued to top right hand corner. The stamp is post marked with the date 14 September 1912. The postcard was posted from Christchurch.
