Brief Description
The menu relates to the Salisbury Tea and Luncheon Rooms in Napier. The Salisbury Tea Rooms were open between 10am and 7pm. They were located in Parker's Building on Hastings Street, Napier and Miss Morecroft was the proprietor. On the back of the menu is a recipe for a Christmas cake which takes 13 eggs.
