b) Copy of telegram, from Colonel William Moule, to Douglas McLean Esq Napier, dated 9 January 1877. The telegram reads: certainly. Const Shaw may remain as requested, and is signed: W Moule LtCol.

c) The envelope is addressed to: Douglas McLean (Maclean) Esq, Napier. A note written on the side of the envelope reads: 9 Jany 77, Col Moule re Shaw.
